If your land is directly joined to anybody else’s, you will have to contact your neighbors about a fence being installed. They should be OK with the fence being taken down especially if they have animals and you may need to get their permission for us to work in their yard as well. In most cases the total fence cost is split between the two neighbors.

We are based out of stanfield OR but we can service 100 miles, Yakima, The Dalles, Baker city and so on for residential installation. We can go further for larger commercial projects, contact us if you have any questions.

Different rules and regulations apply to different areas, so you need to  contact your local municipality or homeowners association (HOA) to  determine what you can and can’t do in regards to fencing.

Unfortunately, we cannot locate your property line on your behalf. You  will need to take a look at the paperwork for your home, or consult your  neighbor, and come to a conclusion of where your property line lies. If  you find that you and your neighbor cannot come to an agreement in  regards to property lines, you will need to contact a surveyor to get an official answer.

No we cannot locate the utilities on your property, We will contact 811 dig but they only locate the utilities up to the property line that you may infer their location. It ll be the responsibility of the home owner to know where the utilities are, especially underground sprinklers.

All our fences come with a manufacture warranty.

A  fence mow strip is a narrow strip of concrete, pavers, or other  materials that are installed at the base of a fence line, along the  perimeter of a property, to make mowing or weed-eating easier and more  efficient. By installing a fence mow strip, you can prevent grass and  other vegetation from growing up against the fence, which can be  challenging to maintain.

We do install fence mow strips as part of our fencing installation  services. We understand the importance of maintaining a well-manicured  lawn and landscaping and know that installing a fence mow strip can make  the task much easier. If you’re interested in having a fence mow strip  installed along with your new fence, please let us know, and we’d be  happy to discuss your options.

It depends on the size and style of the fence. In general, vinyl fencing  is typically more expensive than wood, but it also requires less  maintenance and lasts longer, so it may be a better investment in the long run. A vinyl fence can last 20-30 years or more with proper maintenance.

Vinyl fences require very little maintenance, but they may need to be  cleaned periodically to remove dirt, grime, and algae growth. You can pressure wash a vinyl fence, but be careful not to use too  much pressure or too close to the surface, as this can damage the vinyl. Refer to the manufacturers recommendation

A well-maintained wood fence can last anywhere from 10-20 years. The  specific lifespan depends on factors such as the type of wood, climate,  and maintenance.

Maintaining a wooden fence involves regular cleaning, staining or  sealing, and checking for rot and damage. Repairs may also be necessary  to extend the lifespan of the fence. Wood fences can require more maintenance compared to other fencing  materials, but with proper care and attention, they can last a long time. It is recommended to treat a wood fence every 1-2 years, depending on  factors such as the climate and level of exposure to the elements.
